In Burkittsville, a homeowner reached out to us to address their sagging floors, evident in the before photo. As floors weaken, they can compromise the integrity of your home. We installed our trusted SmartJack® system, which you can see visibly rectified the issue in the after photo. This system stabilized the crawl space beams, elevating the floors towards their original position. The basement of this home in Brunswick was wet and really needed our help! 

Our System Designer, Curt Withrow, went out to assess the home and determined that the best solution for this home would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump Sump Pump. 

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this basement will stay dry all year long!
