Crawl Space Makeover in Remington, Virginia

In Remington, VA, a homeowner faced issues with a damp and mold-prone crawl space. Moisture had caused structural concerns and compromised indoor air quality. We eliminated these problems by encapsulating the area with our CleanSpace system, which effectively seals out moisture and protects against mold. The addition of our TripleSafe sump pump ensured reliable drainage, while the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier maintained optimal humidity levels. This comprehensive repair solution transformed the troubled space into a clean, dry, and healthy foundation for the home, providing long-lasting protection and peace of mind.

Mineral, VA PolyLevel Injection

This home in Mineral had a sidewalk that was sinking and cracking, becoming an eyesore.

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to life the concrete back up to it's original position.

The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed.
