Aaron A. reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions after the settling of his driveway. Over time, a significant tripping hazard had developed. System Designer Skylar was happy to meet with Aaron, conducting an inspection and providing a free estimate. Ready for a safe driveway, Aaron agreed! Soon, the Fortress PolyLevel crew arrived at the home and began their work. They drilled small holes at intervals into the concrete, filling these holes with PolyLevel until the slab was lifted to the desired height. Once leveled, the tiny holes were filled, and the driveway was restored to its original state. Now, Aaron and his family can confidently use the driveway without the fear of tripping!

Basement water problems can lead to mold and mildew as well as further property damage. After being provided with a free estimate, this homeowner was ready to prevent any of those problems! Fortress Foundation Solutions installed our WaterGuard floor drainage system, as well as, the TripleSafe sump pump to keep any water from coming into the home.  Finally, to keep the basement dry, the SaniDry Sedona was installed maintaining low humidity.

This home was experiencing main level sagging floors, cracks in the walls, and floors separating from walls. There was also issues with water in the crawlspace, humidity and mold in the home. Upon inspection, we found falling insulation, rotting and moldy joists, and a basic, ineffective plastic sheet on the ground. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter TripleSafe Sump Pump System, SaniDry Dehumidifer, a total CleanSpace Encapsulation, replaced the rotting joists, and installed SmartJacks for a permanent water-free and structurally stable home.

After investigating, he discovered mildew and moisture beginning to damage his wooden floor joists and falling down, moisture-saturated insulation. System Designer Skylar Beverage met with Jason, inspected his crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon a Fortress crew was onsite installing drainage matting, SilverGlo insulation and CleanSpace vapor barrier. The CleanSpace keeps out moisture and the SilverGlo insulates to keep the home warm in winter and cool in the summer. Jason has now protected his most important asset - his home!

These products will work together to reduce moisture and humidity in the crawl space. They will also help seal out cold drafts in the winter. The crawl space is now a much cleaner and brighter area!
