The crawl space of this home in Frederick,MD was damp and musty, and needed some help!
Our System Designer,went out to assess this crawl space and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into the crawlspace. These products will work together to ensure that this crawl space will remain clean and dry!

A homeowner near Centreville, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing the concrete settling in front of this doorway. Over time, rain water can wash away the underlying dirt, causing a drop which often results in a tripping hazard. System Designer Chris Wilmouth was happy to meet with the homeowner, providing an inspection and free estimate. Soon, the Fortress PolyLevel crew arrived at the home and began their work. They drilled small holes at measured intervals into the concrete, filling these holes with PolyLevel until the concrete was lifted to the desired height. Once leveled, the tiny holes were filled, with NexusPro applied over the crack making it barely noticeable. Now, this Centreville family can come and go safely!
