This homeowner near Clarksville, MD, reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions when the water entering her basement became increasingly problematic. System Designer Eddie Salido met with her, explained the solution Fortress could provide, and offered her a same-day estimate. Eager to reclaim the use of her basement, she agreed. Shortly after, Clarence Copeland (Cope) and his crew were on-site installing a WaterGuard drainage system, Triple Safe Sump Pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now, any water entering the home is drained to the Triple Safe and pumped out. The SaniDry dehumidifier maintains low moisture levels in the basement, reducing the risk of mildew and eliminating musty odors.
