The PolyLevel team from Fortress quickly arrived at the property and initiated the repair process. Using PolyLevel, they strategically drilled small holes into the concrete at intervals, filling them to elevate the slab to its intended level. After leveling, meticulous care was taken to fill the holes, restoring the driveway to its original state.

This homeowner in Fulton, Maryland had an issue with the front porch cracking due to its foundation settlement. The homeowner wanted to restore the porch and ensure that it was safe from further issues caused by settlement. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a permanent solution. Our system designer prescribed our Helical Piers to stabilize the sinking porch. Helical Piers have helical plates welded to the pier shaft to help to pull the pier into the soil during installation and provide anchoring strength as the weight of the foundation or structural element is transferred to the pier. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter WaterGuard System, TripleSafe Sump Pump System with an external discharge, and installed GeoLock Wall Anchors for foundation stabilization. We were also able to use the GeoLock Wall Anchors to stabalize a retaining wall supporting the customer's driveway.
