This Rockville home had a crawl space With high moisture and a slight odor. The homeowners needed a solution for this problem.

Our System Design Specialist Dave Mauldin, went out to evaluate the situation. He concluded that the crawl space would need to be encapsulated with Cleanspace Liner ,Silverglo and a SaniDry sedonia Dehumidtifier.

With a plan set our production team came to the home to start the project.

Customer called in with a concern of water and moisture issues in the basement of their home. Fortress installed the CleanSpace wall system to address the moisture issues in the basement. Then to address the water intrusion issues Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a full perimeter Watergaurd system with Triple Safe Sump pump system to ensure that the customer was worry free of water in the future. 

This tall crawlspace was experience water problems. We installed a CleanSpace liner and drainage matting, perimeter french drain, TripleSafe sump pump, and SaniDry dehumidifier.

This home in Bethesda, MD had concerns about their moldy and musty smelling crawl space. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve this issue. Our System Designer, Jordan went out to this home and provided a solution to this issue. Jordan suggested to install out Clean Space vapor barrier. This products name tells it all.
