A customer was experiencing water entering the basement and water vapor/humidity issues. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a full perimeter WaterGuard system with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System to address the water entering the basement. The CleanSpace wall system and Sedona Dehumidification System was added to address the water vapor/moisture issues.

Kai J. reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions after discovering standing water and moisture beginning to damage his wooden floor joists. Moisture-saturated insulation was also falling down in his crawl space. How could this be happening? He had laid down plastic over the ground and thought his crawl space would be protected. Kai's crawl space needed EZ Flow drainage, a Smart Sump Sump Pump, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. EZ Flow directs groundwater to the Smart Sump, which pumps the water outside the home. The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier seals off the home from the damp/wet ground below. The SaniDry Sedona removes excess moisture, keeping the area dry and protecting the wood. Kai's home is his biggest asset. Michael was concerned about his sinking patio. The under-patio drainage system was aging and had started to wash away the dirt causing the slab to sink and pull away from the retaining wall. System Designer Riley Ethier, came out to complete an inspection and provide a free estimate. He determined that our PolyLevel Injection Foam would be able to lift the patio and restore it back to the original height. Our PolyLevel crew soon came out and successfully lifted the patio by drilling small holes in the concrete, inserting  foam and then patching the holes. Michael was pleased with the results!
