Sandra T., reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing the continued settling of the walkway by her front door. Over time, the porch had dropped more and was unsightly. System Designer Eddie Salido, was happy to meet with Sandra, conducting an inspection and providing a same-day estimate. Ready for a fresh, front walkway, Sandra agreed! Soon, the Fortress PolyLevel crew arrived at the home and began their work. They drilled small holes at measured intervals into the concrete, filling these holes with PolyLevel until the walkway was lifted to the desired height. Once leveled, the tiny holes were filled, and the sidewalk was restored to its original state. The cracks were filled with our NexusPro, a flexible material that keeps moisture out and adapts to ground temperatures. Now, Sandra has a fresh front walkway again!

Jeremy F, who lives near Glenelg, MD, reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions. He was tired of water getting in his basement and could no longer use the area for storage. Jeremy met with a System Designer who provided the solution, a WaterGuard Drainage System with an Super Sump Sump Pump. The WaterGuard is a channel drainage system installed in a trench around the basement perimeter.  Any water entering the basement flows through the WaterGuard directly to the Super Sump Sump Pump and is pumped out and away from the home. Now Jeremy doesn't have to worry about his belongings becoming moldy or damaged - his basement is dry!

Fortress Foundation Solutions raked and leveled this customer's crawlspace, removed old, ineffective black plastic barrier, and removed falling insulation. We then installed drainage matting, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, FoamMax Insulation, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System with external discharge, and a SaniDry Dehumidifier. The quality of our work ensures a trouble-free crawlspace!
