FlexiSpan is a flexible crack repair system as seen in the after photo designed to seal leaking wall cracks while still allowing for natural wall movement over time. The system is tied into a small section of WaterGuard drainage installed above the footer beneath the floor, allowing any future water seepage to safely drain away instead of entering the basement.
In the before photo, notice the uneven concrete slabs in this White Planes, Virginia home, which its owners recognized as a tripping hazard. This condition could evolve into a substantial issue, impacting both safety and aesthetics. Our team efficiently used the PolyLevel® system to stabilize, lift, and level these slabs with precision.
