In the before photo, taken in a Galax home, you can see what an unencapsulated Crawl Space looks. In the before photo, Cory’s basement in Galax, Virginia is clearly dealing with moisture issues. Water was seeping in, leaving damp spots and making the space uncomfortable and at risk for damage.

To solve the problem, we installed a full waterproofing system. In the “after” photo, you can see the WaterGuard drainage system in place, directing water away from the basement. We paired it with a TripleSafe sump pump for dependable protection against flooding. We also added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in check and improve air quality.

Now, Cory’s basement is dry, cleaner, and much more usable.

Greg W. had taken a look in his crawl space to see about some plumbing repairs and noticed evidence of moisture along the walls. Moisture and its damaging effects on the wood structure of the home are kept out. The final step is the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. It removes moisture from the air keeping the crawl space dry.
