Front Walkway Repair near Montpelier, VA

Scott D. reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing the severe settling of the walkway to his front door. Over time, a significant tripping hazard had developed. A System Designer was happy to meet with Scott, conducting an inspection and providing a same-day estimate. Ready for a safe front walkway, Scott agreed! Soon, the Fortress PolyLevel crew arrived at the home and began their work. They drilled small holes at measured intervals into the concrete, filling these holes with PolyLevel until the walkway was lifted to the desired height. Once leveled, the tiny holes were filled, and the sidewalk was restored to its original state. Now, Scott and his family can confidently walk on the sidewalk without the fear of tripping!

Bowing Walls Repaired in Lynchburg, Virginia

Renea was concerned about one of the basement walls in her Lynchburg home after noticing signs of cracking and movement. During our inspection, we found lateral wall movement and structural cracks that indicated the wall needed reinforcement to prevent further damage. To permanently stabilize the wall, our team installed the GeoLock™ Wall Anchor System. This proven solution helps counteract outside soil pressure and provides long-term support to prevent additional movement. As shown in the after photo, the basement wall is now reinforced and protected, giving Renea peace of mind that her home's foundation is secure.
