This customer came to us with concerns about their musty, damp, and cold crawlspace and a crack in the foundation. To keep the heat in the house from escaping though the crawlspace, Fortress installed Foamax wall insulation. Then, Fortress installed the Flexispan wall crack repair system to fix the crack in the foundation and ensure a firm foundation. Finally, Fortress installed a CleanSpace liner to waterproof the crawl space and address the damp and musty issues the customer was facing.
The owner of this home in Riner reached out to Fortress because they had a crawl space that was damp and dirty, and they wanted a cleaner looking space.
Fortress went out and installed a complete CleanSpace encapsulation. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. This homeowner now has a much cleaner and brighter crawl space!
This homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions with a mold and water damaged in their basement from repeated flooding. Fortress solved these issues by installing a WaterGuard and a TripleSafe Sump System with a SaniDry Sedona to ensure the basement would never leak again. We also installed an IceGuard so the pipes will not burst no matter how cold it is.
This dirty crawlspace in Christiansburg really needed a facelift. The crawlspace was sagging from the house settling and that was causing the floor to bow and crack. Fortress helped this family out by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation and SmartJacks to support the floor. Now the crawl space is clean and can be used for storage and the floors are stable again.
The basement of this home in Christiansburg had water seeping in through the foundation with rain. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a permanent solution to their problem.
Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump sump pump.
Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together, these products will ensure that this basement will stay dry!
