Pool deck repair in Friendsville, MD

In Friendsville, MD, a homeowner faced sinking and uneven concrete around their pool, a common issue that can lead to structural and safety concerns. As demonstrated in the left photo, these uneven surfaces needed immediate attention. We addressed this problem by utilizing our advanced PolyLevel® system, which stabilized and lifted the concrete to an even position. This method restored the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the area. Additionally, we applied NexusPro® Joint Sealant to protect and maintain the renewed concrete. Notice in the right photo how the solution provided a long-term improvement.

Encapsulating Crawlspace on Sycamore Valley Drive, Lexington, VA

This client was wanting to encapsulate his crawlspace, so he called Fortress Foundation Solutions, who sent out our System Designer Chris Wilmouth. After taking a look around, Chris figured out the best solution and gave the homeowner a free estimate. Shortly after, Charlie Evans and his crew went out to finish the project. They took out all the old, torn up insulation and replaced it with our SilverGlow Insulation, and after laying down our Drainage Matting, they put our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on top to ensure that the crawlspace stays clean and dry. Our client was very satisfied with the results!

Nasty crawl space repair in McHenry, Maryland

In McHenry, Maryland, homeowner Greg had finally committed to his forever home. That being said, he wanted to make sure it was in tip-top shape and built to last. He wanted to handle major repairs now instead of waiting for things to inevitably get worse.

He reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions, and Joe came right out. He educated Greg on the condition of his crawl space and explained why encapsulation was the best option. Greg felt confident in Joe's recommendations and decided to move forward with the proposed solution.

Nick and his crew came out to complete the project, and now Greg has a clean, healthy crawl space and peace of mind for years to come.

Wall Restoration Project in Huddleston, Virginia

In Huddleston, Ryan and Dawn were dealing with severely unstable basement walls that had begun to crumble and deteriorate after years of structural pressure and movement. The damage had progressed to the point where traditional wall reinforcement methods were no longer enough to properly stabilize the foundation. The before photo shows significant wall failure and structural instability throughout the basement.

Following a detailed inspection, Toby and his crew determined that the home required a more advanced stabilization solution. To permanently reinforce the failing walls, the team installed the EverBrace® Wall Restoration System—an engineered solution designed specifically for severely damaged or collapsing foundation walls.

Heavy-duty steel components were installed to stabilize the structure and safely transfer the load away from the failing walls without requiring a complete foundation replacement. As shown in the after photo, the basement walls are now fully reinforced and structurally secure.

What was once a major structural concern has been transformed into a stable, protected foundation system, giving Ryan and Dawn lasting peace of mind and long-term protection for their home.
