Bobbie and Hollis noticed cracks forming throughout their Fieldale home, and several doors no longer opened and closed properly. After inspecting the foundation, we found that settlement had caused sections of the footing to sink, compromising the home's stability. Toby and his crew installed 8 Helical Piers to permanently stabilize the foundation and help prevent further settlement. The home is now properly supported, giving Bobbie and Hollis lasting confidence in the strength and stability of their foundation.
Mr. Jones was dealing with significant foundation settlement issues at his Collinsville home. During our inspection, we found severe movement that was compromising the stability of the foundation and required immediate attention to prevent further damage.
To permanently stabilize the home, Toby and his crew installed 13 Push Piers around the foundation. These piers provide deep, stable support and help prevent additional settlement. You can see in the after photo, the foundation is now reinforced and protected, giving Mr. Jones confidence that his home has long-term structural support in place.
This client called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about a sinking cement slab in her garage, so we sent out our System Designer, Brandon Conner, who did a thorough inspection and gave her an estimate for repair. After she accepted, our Poly Crew, Mickey Knight and Dominique "Dom" Wells, went out to complete the repair. They injected our PolyLevel Foam under the concrete, raising to be completely level. Our customer was very satisfied!
Genevieve’s crawl space in Ridgeway, Virginia was dealing with excess moisture, as shown in the before photo. The damp conditions created a real risk for mold growth and made the space less efficient overall.
