This homeowner near Woodbine, Maryland was experiencing issues with sagging floors. They noticed a crack in the wall by their bedroom door frame, which is a common symptom of settlement. Knowing Fortress Foundation Solution's expertise in this area, they called for a solution. Our system designer went out and gave them a free estimate and presented a plan to solve their issue. Our crew then went out and installed SmartJacks to stabilize and lift the floors back to their original position. The floor was stabilized and lifted, and even closed the crack! They laid down our Drainage Matting before installing our SilverGlo Insulation on the walls, our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the ground, and sealing it with our Rim Joist Insulation. We left our customer with a wonderfully clean, sealed crawl space!
