30 years after having our sewer main replaced, our sidewalk and driveway had sunk and cracked in multiple places. We debated whether or not to replace the sidewalk and driveway but Fortress Foundation Solutions gave us a quote to raise, level and seal the concrete that was about half the cost.Throughout the process communication was great. We received materials via mail that clearly detailed the steps and process in the proposal. Our crew, Alex and Tim, walked me through each of the steps as they were doing them and made sure to consult me as they worked - verifying that the lift of the driveway was where I wanted it relative to the lip of the garage and that the sidewalk repairs were to my satisfaction. I was worried about the size of the holes that would need to be drilled but they are maybe 0.5” diameter and barely noticable. The end result was amazing - an almost 50 year-old sidewalk looks almost brand new. Alex and Tim do great work.I highly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions to anyone I know who need basement or outdoor concrete work.

They came to my home to inspect my crawl spaces and theywere extremely professional, polite and went out of there way to ensure everything was ok and in working order. I love this company as their customer service is beyond amazing. We have used this company on multiple occasions and they always deliver. Rashad & Cody did the annual maintenance on my sump pump and dehumidifier along with changing the filter....they both were so professional and kind....Rashad did the cleaning of the pump and also replaced the filter...Cody was explaining and Rashaad was as well, explaining a great of many different things on why it's so important to have the Annual Maintenance done...it was explained very well and also good to know. I was impressed with the 2 gentlemen on how well they work together and also their professionalism...

Danny Camunas is one of those exceptional people who truly seems passionate about and genuinely enjoys his work! He is very knowledgeable about so many elements related to foundation health and safety that I never even thought about. It’s easy to take things like rain and drought for granted, but he knows a lot about how they can impact a foundation. I highly recommend him for repair work, as well as preventive inspection.

Travis, Jack, and Seth installed a system to jack my floors up in Afton. Travis was good to work with and kept me informed and up to date one what was going on. I’ll request them again if I have any other work done by Fortress Foundation in the future.

My experience with Fortress Foundations was great. Cara was very knowledgeable and informative in explaining the issues needing fixed in my homes foundation and the process to resolve the matter. She was always available to answer my many questions between our initial meeting and the actual service date. The crew doing the work were very polite and respectful. They got the job completed and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Fortress Foundations.

Bottom line, professional and knowledgeable people, I would work with them again.---Caleb was my sales contact, not pushy like JES salesmen are and a nice guy who took his time looking into my needs on the house.Toby and his crew Noah, Tyler, and Tim were a great foundation repair team. Now let me get into specifics, I live on a massive hill, my foundation could not be repaired in the price or time allotted during the estimate from Caleb. However Caleb did note that it may not be possible to do a repair without massive cost because of the crazy depth of my foundation being on the downward hill that my foundation needed repair on, yadda yadda yadda, I have a super deep foundation. Anyway the crew could not complete the job and they only allotted one day so I chose not to move forward because they'd have to go deeper and it would turn into a 4 ish day operation with increased costs. Toby was very clear and lucid when talking through the problems they encountered with my nuts deep foundation, I am putting a crack monitor and I am going to see if further movement happens in the time I own this house. Great team.I also had poly being done to raise and secure my front porch and sidewalk, that was Tim C. and Alex. They did a wonderful job and were able to complete the job. My porch was really bad from the previous owner's neglect so with what they had to work with turned out really very nice and makes my home look a heck better. Very happy with the poly team and they took the time to make it perfect.Final shoutout to Holley who sent me the bill before leaving work, however I then requested an itemized bill so she hopped back on and sent that over after she was already done for the day. Really appreciate that.
