I'm giving a five stars because of the amazing support and customer interaction with laci she was an amazing person who truly cares about her customers and devotes her time to making people not only satisfied but appreciative of what they can give the customers, they did crawlspace encapsulation and dehumidifier for me we had some hiccups with communication and she personally took time out of her busy schedule to personally call me to resolve the issues without me even needing to contact the business, she fixed what small issues I had no questions asked, she also went above and beyond to offer to fix another issue I was having free of charge since I was struggling financially! Her team came to me with an offer Scott was pleasing and very kind who was not afraid to admit if he made a mistake at any time, Pete the crawlspace guy and his crew were great polite and faster than I would have imagined, we needed plumbing done and Micheal the plumber came in and did some plumbing for us thank you all very much at fortress foundation!

Caleb Stone provided many useful insights with our structural challenge. I strongly recommend calling him or his staff for their assessment to your issues.

The team of workers from Fortress Foundation was excellent. Scott, Dan, Jordan and Jamil were very friendly, very hard workers and very considerate of our property and belongings. The basement job was very well done and in good time ,and the area was left very clean. Thank you very much, and we would highly recommend this team.

I had my dehumidifer installation set for next week, but Kevin called to see if we could schedule it earlier because it was getting warmer outside—grateful he thought of that! He also put the unit in a better location near the drain. Kevin was quick, kind, and explained the service/warranty/what to look for if the unit has problems.

Kevin came to our house today to maintenance our sump pump, he was exceptional to say the least. He gave up his Saturday to accommodate with our busy schedule. What I enjoyed the most was talking sports and wrestling with Kevin. He’s a 70s baby just like myself. Only problem was Kevin is a Duke fan and I’m UNC all day, but we made it work . Look forward to seeing Kevin again next year

Great experience with the crew that did the work in our home. Big shout out to the foreman Scott Farmer and his assistants Dan and Aaron. They were knowledgeable, efficient and cared for my home as if it were their own.

Danny C, the System Designer that we worked with, was professional in every way. He had extensive knowledge of problem and had the perfect solution! Danny evaluated the problem, presented the solution in such a professional manner I did not feel the need to contact the competition. He recommended a total encapsulation of my crawlspace, including a SaniDry Dehumidifier, and Turtl crawlspace entryway. Thomas and his crew did a great job installing the encapsulation, and D.J. installed the Turtl, also a great job!

Fortress Foundation Solutions did a fantastic job lifting and leveling and filling cracks in our driveway, walkway, and patio! The team was great: Joe, Tim, Alex, and Tim were superb workers and extremely professional

Fortress came to our home to handle an issue we were having with our carport. They handled everything so seamlessly and provided the best service to my husband and I. They answered every question we had and any issues that arose they handled as well. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent service! Danny explained all our options and the process for each one. Warren and team were professional and efficient with the installation.
