i would like to share my experience with Fortress Foundations. The crew communicated their arrival time, provided a detailed plan for the work, and were diligent in setting up mechanisms to protect the areas outside of the work zone from any excessive dust during the project. I could not be more pleased with the manner in which the work was completed, the skilled labor, and the professionalism shown by this work crew. I want to applaud Mike, Gus, David, Danny, and Isaac for their dedication and commitment to providing a quality end product. The attention to detail of explaining the completed project and walking us through the various steps was a true testimony to their work ethic. Fortress Foundation Solutions just completed work on waterproofing our basement. The crew worked very hard and efficiently. They were extremely polite! The crews consisted of Santiago, Ronnie Sr and Ronnie Jr. All excellent!

The whole operation was great from start to finish. Danny was very informative and patient with us in our timing. After we signed the paperwork they were able to fit us in and complete the project VERY quickly. Scott was great with communicating throughout the process and taking care of our space. From day one of my drainage and sump pump install, the Fortress team was fantastic. My basement had flooded several times and this was not a cheap project. I talked to 5 different companies before settling on Fortress.   Disclaimer: I am NOT an easy customer when it comes to expensive projects like this. I read every fine print in detail and ask lots of questions, take my time on decisions, and cross compare between quotes and warranties etc. He was direct and courteous and followed up in a timely manner with every question I had. When he didn't know, his manager was prompt in supporting him and they did a lot of work to make sure I was happy before signing the contract.   On the days of the job, the team was also fantastic. Travis, Jack, Tim, were all kind and professional and did a really good job. I was home for the project and could also hear them talking all day. They got along great and figured out problems with the project in a timely manner. They remained professional and efficient throughout the whole project - all great qualities to see in a team working on your house!   Last week, we had rains that would have flooded my basement again, but my sump pump kicked in and it all worked beautifully. Clean and dry!   I would recommend this team again and when I'm ready for the next stage of my basement fix, I'll be calling them to do it.
