So far so good! We have had the new system in place for a few months and we have had a lot of rain in the past few weeks. TçWe had some questions and Stephanie? came out to check. The team of Nick, Jared, and Jordan did a great job installing and were super nice the days they were here working.

Cody was so thorough and came back several times to help us figure out the root of the problem. Cody’s last visit today was to apply more cactus juice to the problem area. He feels like this will be the solution and we can put the flooring back down. I highly recommend fortress and especially Cody.

Paul was super helpful and gave me an honest opinion about my retaining wall without selling me something I didn’t need. While he was at my home, he evaluated the basement and gave me some ideas and options of how to reduce humidity and cold air coming through. Again, he was helpful and gave my good answers while not being too pushy like other salespeople. He even helped me move a mattress while he was at my home! Definitely recommend Fortress Foundation to get an honest opinion on retaining walls or basements.

30 years after having our sewer main replaced, our sidewalk and driveway had sunk and cracked in multiple places. We debated whether or not to replace the sidewalk and driveway but Fortress Foundation Solutions gave us a quote to raise, level and seal the concrete that was about half the cost.Throughout the process communication was great. We received materials via mail that clearly detailed the steps and process in the proposal. Our crew, Alex and Tim, walked me through each of the steps as they were doing them and made sure to consult me as they worked - verifying that the lift of the driveway was where I wanted it relative to the lip of the garage and that the sidewalk repairs were to my satisfaction. I was worried about the size of the holes that would need to be drilled but they are maybe 0.5” diameter and barely noticable. The end result was amazing - an almost 50 year-old sidewalk looks almost brand new. Alex and Tim do great work.I highly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions to anyone I know who need basement or outdoor concrete work.

The representative, Riley, that came out to inspect our basement issue was very professional. He thoroughly explained his observations and recommendations. Thankfully he was honest, too, which resulted in us needing a plumber instead of Fortress’ services. But I would not hesitate to call them again for a professional and honest assessment of anything basement related!!!

Paul Heckman was great to work with. He was very informative. He crawled all through our crawl space and took pictures to show us exactly what and where the problems were.

He consulted with us in detail and provided us with options to increase additional support to our existing foundation.

I was able to get an appointment for an inspection relatively quick. Scott came out to the house and listened to my concerns and had me show him my concerns. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He gave us two books to read to get a better understanding of what is going on in our home and how to fix it, permanently. Scott completed a thorough inspection of our home inside and out. He gave a detailed run down of the problems and a presentation of the repairs needed. We found out the full cost immediately. We ended up qualifying for financing so we are set. They will start work on our home in about a month. I look forward to Scott returning to our home. He made a very scary situation a lot easier to deal with. Thank you Scott!!!
