We had water in our basement not sure where or what was going on. Was told about Fortress by a reputable plumbing company. Set up the appointment ( which was done fast). The representative was Mr Paul Heckman. He listened and then he performed a detailed view of what the problem may be. After maybe 20 min he came back with the problem and the solution. Something to think about however Mr Heckman was hassle free and took the time to make sure what he was saying was understood. Detailed about every part of the job that needs to be done. Very much appreciated. We have not made a decision about the work that needs to be done. If and when we do decide Fortress will definitely get our buisness. Thank you Mr Heckman

I am absolutely thrilled by the professionalism, kindness, and skilled technicians, (Travis Farmer and Jack) that put in our sump pump today! They were absolutely wonderful in explaining every step and how to manage everything and that they are only a phone call away if I become concerned about anything at all. Travis Farmer and Jack were simply marvelous to work with and I am so excited that we will no longer need to worry when it starts to rain, we can actually relax and now have no worries! Could not ask for a better group of people to assist us. Their electrician Kevin was also wonderful to work with and explained everything! Adam came to give an estimate for a home buyer. He was professional, knowledgeable and educated us. He wasn’t an alarmist, which I appreciated, but rather gave options from least expensive to most expensive.

I was able to schedule a next day appointment with Fortress Foundations for what appeared to be a significant and worrisome problem with the cement floor in our crawl space. Cara arrived early (after confirming that we would be able to accommodate an earlier appointment) and was patient with my explanation, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. She advised that no remediation was necessary at this time and recommended how to keep tabs on the situation. While we did not need services this time around, I definitely know who I will be calling if we ever do!

Great experience from start to finish. Kara was friendly and knowledgeable for the initial visit. I received several preparatory phone call reminders and the two guys who did the install were well prepared and professional. Price was reasonable compared to other estimates I received and considering the equipment and materials needed. Work done in less time than estimated.

I had concrete behind my pool that was starting to sink. The ground falls quick behind the concrete, so I was worried that it would get worse before it got better. I could also see openings between the concrete and my pool, so I knew I had a problem. Adam from Fortress foundations came out and showed me exactly what the problem was and the voids under the concrete. He gave me a quote quickly, which I felt was fair and to be honest, I was relieved that it wasn’t a lot more. Very soon after, Ethan and Sam came out to do the work. They took me through exactly what they were going to do and what I could expect. The work was done in a few hours and we did another walk-through then. It looked great, and I was surprised at how unobtrusive the fixes were for such a critical problem. Although Fortress Foundations is primarily known for basement work, they do awesome repairs on jobs like this. I would use them again anytime I needed foundation work done. Thanks so much!

Fortress Foundation did an outstanding job waterproofing and encapsulating our basement. Alex, Louis, and Izayah went above and beyond — professional, respectful, and incredibly thorough. They explained everything clearly and treated our home as if it were their own. The basement now feels brand-new, and we have total peace of mind knowing it’s protected.
