This project was completed quickly and efficiently. Nate & his crew arrived at the location at or before the time they quoted. They were mannerly and took time to explain the process. I would also like to say that Danny got the process started by meeting with our Board members and giving us the information necessary to make an informed decision. He is the balanced blend of a professional and courteous helper. Overall, this was a great experience.

Every part of the project went great, the electrician and the foreman both were fantastic at communicating and very professional in all that they did and said! 10/10 would recommend and use us again. We did what we said we were going to do, how we said we ere going to, to the highest standard!

Nick and his whole crew demonstrated a very high level of professionalism while conducting my crawlspace encapsulation project. Nick, being the crew foreman, was an excellent communicator keeping me updated and ensuring that I understood the processes. The whole crew was very helpful in taking extra steps to clean up, and they even pointed it out other items of concern related to future projects. Their input was greatly appreciated. They demonstrated the same professionalism and strong communication skills as Nick and his crew. Alex, Mike, Leo, Gus and Luis took a 2 day job and turned it into one day. They left a clean job site and were friendly and professional throughout the day, and performed quality work.

Great experience from start to finish. Kara was friendly and knowledgeable for the initial visit. I received several preparatory phone call reminders and the two guys who did the install were well prepared and professional. Price was reasonable compared to other estimates I received and considering the equipment and materials needed. Work done in less time than estimated.

One seldom finds a company that has the integrity and honest evaluations than Fortress Foundation Solutions. We had a water leak in our basement and the company determined that it wasn’t a serious problem but a one time event. My frantic wife was immediately calmed. If or when I have a foundation problem I will never consider any other company to repair it. I trust them implicitly.

We had work done at our home, by Jordan and Izek, to stop ground water leakage from the outside where the septic line penetrates the foundation wall below grade into the basement. The work required extensive digging by hand down several feet through rock and clay. They were competent, professional, and congenial. They explained their multiple step plan to seal the penetration thoroughly and patiently. When the work was completed, the area was beautifully restored. Our experience with this company went just like you hope it will go when you hire a contractor.Greg and Jan
