"I work with a medium sized real estate team that's been operating in the northern virginia area for over 30+ years. We consistently run into time-line issues and having our trusted network of contractors constantly learning about the process of a real estate transaction. Information I am sure they could live without. We had a total of 5 different contractors come out to Duke Drive in Alexandria, a listing we were under contract for. The job required sistering two floor joices in a tiny crawl space. All four of them declined to do the work. We figured the degree of difficulty didn't warrant them coming to sister two boards. Santiago came out the same day for an estimate, gave me a completion date and the work ended up being finished before the settlement date had to be pushed back a second time. Jon was also very responsive and quick to help me with the letter head required by the underwriters stating the job had been finished. All in all, starting a "real estate team" is such a great idea. Santiago knew the real estate process, I didn't have to explain it to him. He got the job done before a very short deadline and the entire process has been refreshing to say the least. I wish every type of large contractor would have a real estate team as you do. Keep up the good work!

The guys arrived at my house on time and did an amazing job. Unfortunately, we were having unusually cold temperatures both days they were here. I never heard them complain once. I can say now that the job is complete, I’m seeing a significant difference in the temperature inside my home.Hats off to Gus, Luis, Jorge and Fernando for a job well done under bitter cold conditions.

Cope, Jeremy, K'Nell and Ricky did a really great job installing a full perimeter water arrestor in my house - everything was left very neat, and Cope explained to me how the system works and all that was necessary for maintenance. I have only had the system installed for a week, but based on the service thus far I would recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions to friends who needed such a system in their basements.

The guys were awesome. They were careful with their language and noise levels. Crew cleaned up well behind themselves. Customer is very pleased with everything and praises Fortress for being so professional, personable, our business practices/methods and for delivering such an awesome project! 10+

Gus, Luis, Jorge and Dany did a fantastic job encapsulating my crawl space. Work was performed on schedule and they kept me updated on the progress throughout. Would absolutely recommend.

Adam adjusted his schedule to squeeze me in a week early because of a time crunch I was in for a basement project I had going on. Adam was professional and a breath of fresh air to talk to after the previous companies I had dealt with that all sounded like used car salesmen and tried to sell me something before ever even looking at my problem. Adam was the complete opposite and actually took the time to listen to me and inspect my situation. Although I didn’t end up needing to use their services at this time, Adam has secured me as a customer when that time comes

The crew completed their job well, and I am pleased with how everything turned out. They also cleaned up well. 10 out of 10 feedback score! 

I had another great experience with Fortress Foundations and foam filling. These are the first guys I call for anything foundation related that I need done. From when I called to the work was done was 1.5 weeks. I got lucky with their schedule but they are very responsive.Danny is very thorough, open, and honest. There was some work related to a French drain they could have done, but Danny told be they wouldn’t be the best value for the work and steered me in a better direction. I have a lot of respect for someone of that character.Also the installers Tim, Ethan, and Sam knocked out the work quickly and efficiently. I could barely tell they did anything at all.I would use them again in a heart beat.
