Wow. An honest company - hard to find in today's world. I initially contacted Fortress Foundations for my cracked front steps, and was advised by Matt Miller that his company was not the best solution for my particular problem. I was blown away by his ethical assessment, so asked him about the sheet of ice on the side of my house - the bigger problem. He diagnosed the issue and his caring demeanor, and knowledge of all things 'basementy', stood out. He devised a solution, that I could work with, for my 100+ year old basement. It turned out it was mainly a moisture issue and I just purchased their self emptying dehumidifier (important as I'm away a lot and also past the age of being able to carry buckets of water up flights of stairs). It is a nice feeling being confident in the security of my home. As I had expected a much greater problem than was actually the case, a dishonest company could have easily taken advantage. I totally recommend Fortress Foundations and, from my experience, Matt Miller, for anyone who has questions or concerns about their home.

Joe was outstanding, thorough, professional, understanding and kind. That she can not say enough nice things about Joe and he is one of the nicest people she has ever met, and that he took the time with her so she would understand everything. She also wanted to leave a review for me as well stating that I have a very kind voice and she is very appreciative of me for doing this for her, and for me to know that she is someone that really appreciates me for all my help. She also said that she is just so pleased with the kindness she has received from Fortress and for us to have a wonderful day.

I met with Adam from Fortress to get his expert advice on ways to correct the slope on my 100 years old sidewalk, to prevent it from dumping water into my basement.He was prompt, thorough, and honest. He gave me several options along with referrals for trusted general contractors (for me to reach out to) since some of the options involve more specialized work. I would call him and Fortress again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend. Could not have asked for better service.
