Cope, Jeremy, K'Nell and Ricky did a really great job installing a full perimeter water arrestor in my house - everything was left very neat, and Cope explained to me how the system works and all that was necessary for maintenance. I have only had the system installed for a week, but based on the service thus far I would recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions to friends who needed such a system in their basements.

After evaluating a few vendors, we chose Fortress based on their expertise, professionalism, and price estimate. Adam adjusted his schedule to squeeze me in a week early because of a time crunch I was in for a basement project I had going on. Adam was professional and a breath of fresh air to talk to after the previous companies I had dealt with that all sounded like used car salesmen and tried to sell me something before ever even looking at my problem. Adam was the complete opposite and actually took the time to listen to me and inspect my situation. Although I didn’t end up needing to use their services at this time, Adam has secured me as a customer when that time comes

I had another great experience with Fortress Foundations and foam filling. These are the first guys I call for anything foundation related that I need done. From when I called to the work was done was 1.5 weeks. I got lucky with their schedule but they are very responsive.Danny is very thorough, open, and honest. There was some work related to a French drain they could have done, but Danny told be they wouldn’t be the best value for the work and steered me in a better direction. I have a lot of respect for someone of that character.Also the installers Tim, Ethan, and Sam knocked out the work quickly and efficiently. I could barely tell they did anything at all.I would use them again in a heart beat.

The man who assessed was very knowledgeable. He pointed out other issue with homes foundation as well and explained why it happened and what it will eventually lead to. The men who showed up were on time, polite and respectful. They worked diligently in the cold weather and they also explained to me each step and why. We were very pleased. This was a small patio that was sinking because animals had repeatedly dug under it over many years. The patio was about to fall and separate from the house. Thank you!

Noah and Daniel not only did excellent work on our steps but they were informative, pleasant, polite and helpful. Despite very wet ground, they did their best to make the disturbed area look nice.

Fortress Foundation Solutions demonstrated exceptional knowledge, integrity, and value throughout my experience with them. They will not try to sell you something unless you truly need it, which is refreshing.I originally contacted FFS (along with two other foundation companies) after noticing what appeared to be a bow on the interior side of a foundation wall. I was concerned it might worsen over time. The other two companies provided quotes to “fix” the issue, but FFS (specifically Matt Miller) properly determined that the appearance was caused by the original concrete form bowing during the pour. He explained that it was not a structural concern and actually recommended that I not use their services, as it was a non-issue.Matt took the time to explain the reasoning behind his conclusion. I later confirmed his assessment by digging three feet down on the exterior side of the wall and verifying that it was not bowed at all. This experience demonstrated not only FFS’s superior knowledge, but also their integrity. They were willing to turn away work rather than recommend an unnecessary repair.To show my appreciation, I decided to redirect the funds I had originally set aside for foundation repair toward crawlspace encapsulation (something I had planned to do later but was able to move up on my to-do list). Sam, Nick, Tone, and Brian made the entire process seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

My bathroom floor was uneven, and I suspected the worst: that I needed foundation joist repair. I contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions and Eddie Salido inspected my bathroom floor and my foundation, and he concluded that my foundation joists and floorboards were in good condition. He said that I have a leaky toilet that has damaged the subfloor. He advised me to call a plumber and said he could probably fix the subfloor. I followed his advice, and I hired a plumber who will repair my leaky toilet and replace the subfloor.Mr. Salido was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about his profession. I strongly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions.
