Cara from Fortress Foundation provided excellent service.We hired a competing foundation company to look at our sub pump. They had done work for us at the beginning of the year, which cost us thousands. The contractor came out and noticed that the first team didn’t see the collapsing foundation wall under our deck, only held up by metal shims. He made it sound like it was an urgent matter and gave us a quote.Needless to say, we were upset that we were looking at thousands more to be spent. So we called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a second opinion. Cara did her measurements and checked the wall with the shims and told us everything was level and not to worry. She suggested we keep an eye out for any further damage.If anything changes, we’ll be sure to call Fortress Foundation Solutions.

Jordan and Donny were great to work with. I had a sump pump replaced and floor drain installed along with a fabric to protect from water intrusion through a small crack in the foundation. Jordan called me with an ETA, which was very helpful for planning, and they arrived right on time. They put down covers on my stairs and flooring to protect my home and cleaned up after themselves. Jordan explained every step of the process and further explained how to re-install the insulation once the concrete was dry. The work was completed in a little over 2 hours and the pump is working well. Jordan also explained the warranty on the work. I would recommend this company and this crew.

Nothing but praise for the Fortress Foundation team! From the start, their team was comprehensive in their approach and made everything super easy. The wall of my crawl space was slightly caving in due to pressure from water flowing downward in the backyard towards the foundation. Adam came out quickly to check out the situation, was thorough in his assessment (including checking in with neighbors to see if they had the same issue) and he sent through a detailed quote. Their team was able to schedule the work quickly and took care of everything without me having to be present at the property since I don't live there full time. They let me know when they were arriving, called to let me know how everything went, and sent through lots of pictures of the completed work. I can't believe they were able to fully reinforce the crawl space and fix the cracked exterior block of the foundation all in less than 8 hours.
