Jeremy met with a System Designer who provided the solution, a WaterGuard Drainage System with an Super Sump Sump Pump. The WaterGuard is a channel drainage system installed in a trench around the basement perimeter.  Any water entering the basement flows through the WaterGuard directly to the Super Sump Sump Pump and is pumped out and away from the home. Now Jeremy doesn't have to worry about his belongings becoming moldy or damaged - his basement is dry!
