For the basement, he recommended our WaterGuard® interior drainage system, which was tied into a SuperSump Plus™ system to effectively collect and remove water before it could reach the living space.

The project also included the home's connected crawl space, which required a complete encapsulation. Our crew removed the existing insulation and debris, sealed the stacked stone walls with spray foam, installed SilverGlo™ wall insulation, laid drainage matting throughout the crawl space, and encapsulated the area with our durable CleanSpace® vapor barrier. To control humidity year-round, two SaniDry Sedona dehumidifiers were installed, along with a dedicated crawl space sump pump for additional water protection.

Thanks to this comprehensive waterproofing and encapsulation system, Erin now has a dry, healthy, and protected basement and crawl space that will provide peace of mind for years to come.
