Kristin, a homeowner in Reston, Virginia, called Fortress after seeing and smelling mold in their basement. Caleb came out and conducted an extensive evaluation, identifying groundwater intrusion as the source of the water. We removed the drywall and jackhammered the perimeter of the basement floor to install our WaterGuard® water management system, connecting it to a TripleSafe™ sump pump system to safely discharge the water far away from the foundation.
