Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went to inspect their home and figured out that the water had been coming in throuh the walls. Scott explained to this homeowner that our Full Perimeter WaterGuard System along with our TripleSafe Sump Pump would be the best possible solution to assure that their basement would stay dry all year round!
Our WaterGuard System is designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps the drainage system out of the "mud zone", where the drain could potentially clog. This system is installed with minimal invasion of the slab, and all concrete is restored after installation! Our WaterGuard System collected the water that was seeping through their basement walls and drained it to the TripleSafe Sump Pump that we installed as well.
