In the “before” photo, the basement is unprotected, leaving Mr. Smith’s home in Green Bay, Virginia vulnerable to water damage.
To fix the problem, our team at Fortress Foundation Solutions installed our WaterGuard drainage system along with a TripleSafe sump pump to move water out efficiently and keep the area dry. We also added a SaniDry Sedona to control humidity and improve air quality.
As you can see in the “after” photo, these upgrades help keep the basement dry, healthier, and more usable over the long term.
The basement of this home in Fork Union had water intrusion issues. The homeowner reached out to Fortress to see what could be done to resolve this issue.
Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump sump pump.
Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never again have to worry about a wet basement!
This cinderblock wall basement was leaking from the walls. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter french drain system and TripleSafe sump pump with external discharge.
This homeowner on near Flint Hill, VA, reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions when the water entering her basement became increasingly problematic. The corners were very moldy and the mold was growing. System Designer Caleb Stone met with her, explained the solution Fortress could provide, and offered her a free estimate. Eager to reclaim the use of her basement, she agreed. Shortly after, Clarence Copeland (Cope) and his crew were on-site installing a WaterGuard drainage system, Triple Safe Sump Pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now, any water entering the home is drained to the Triple Safe and pumped out. The SaniDry dehumidifier maintains low moisture levels in the basement, reducing the risk of mildew and eliminating musty odors.
