This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions with flooding in the unfinished part of their basement. To address this issue, Fortress installed a WaterGuard, French drain, and a SuperSump System to ensure that the basement will never flood again.

This flooding basement in Roanoke had mold growing on the walls and water coming in around the seams of the basement. Fortress installed a full perimeter WaterGuard with a SuperSump System to ensure that the basement would not flood again.

This homeowner in Roanoke had a problem with water seeping into their basement with heavy rain. They reached out to Fortress because they were looking for a permanent solution on how to keep their basement dry.

Our System Designer, Paul Heckman, went out and determined that since this homeowner already had a sump pump, the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the sump pump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never have to worry about a wet basement again!
