Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a TripleSafe sump pump.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe and be pumped out of the home. These products will work together to ensure that this homeowner will no longer have to worry about a wet basement!

He had tried to fix it himself, but his methods were unsuccessful. A System Designer completed an inspection and offered a free estimate. Ready for a permanent solution, Garrett agreed. A Fortress crew installied a WaterGuard drainage system, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a Triple Safe Sump Pump. Now any water entering the home is drained to the Triple Safe which has a closed lid so moisture and bad odors aren't released from the sump pump and a battery back up. This fully finished basement is being used an additional living space. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter french drain system and a TripleSafe sump pump with a battery backup and external drainage.
