After sending one of our expert System Designers for a thorough inspection, we created a customized solution that the homeowner felt confident moving forward with.

To combat the water problems, we installed our WaterGuard® Drainage System, CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier, and the ultra-reliable TripleSafe™ Sump Pump—a trio designed to keep the basement dry and protected year-round.

We also addressed the structural concerns by replacing the failing floor supports with our SmartJack® Support System, providing permanent stability and lifting the floors back into place.
