They decided to have our Watergaurd drainage system with a Smart Sump Pump installed to appeal to any new homeowner that was interested in their home. Our team installed did a beautiful install of the system to include french drain in front of the exterior doorway and work around for the existing water heater. 

This homeowner in Lynchburg reached out to Fortress because they were tired of their basement flooding and wanted a permanent solution. We went out and installed and full perimeter WaterGuard, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. WaterGuard is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches your basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe Sump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never have to worry about flooding again!
