I have a finished basement with one small room not finished. It has a dirt floor and was sealed with no ventilation. Combine that with a faulty gutter and you get mold! I got a quote from Fortress Foundations and another company. Fortress had a better price and they could move forward that same week. Fortress fixed the issue within a few days and their competitor could not get to it for 3 months. I am grateful it is fixed especially with all the rain we have been getting this summer.
