I contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions for my home that had a major water issue in the basement.Fortress sent out Kurtis who reached out 3 days prior to the appointment to confirm and again the evening before. Kurtis explained the issues with my basement and also gave me a quote that day before leaving my home.The entire process was seamless and professional. I loved that nothing was subcontracted out and everyone that came to my home was a fortress employee.Fortress definitely knew what they are doing and I’m so glad I worked with them after getting multiple quotes that I just felt pressured in to with no explanation.Thank you to fortress and Kurtis for giving me peace of mind to finally have a safe and comfortable place for my in-laws to visit more often.

Jordan and Donny were great to work with. I had a sump pump replaced and floor drain installed along with a fabric to protect from water intrusion through a small crack in the foundation. Jordan called me with an ETA, which was very helpful for planning, and they arrived right on time. They put down covers on my stairs and flooring to protect my home and cleaned up after themselves. Jordan explained every step of the process and further explained how to re-install the insulation once the concrete was dry. The work was completed in a little over 2 hours and the pump is working well. Jordan also explained the warranty on the work. I would recommend this company and this crew.

I would recommend this company because the sales persons spent a lot of time to listen to our needs, explain options, and answer our questions. They provided an estimate in person with options. Other companies came to house, listened to what we needed, and sent us estimates through email with no explanations.

Cope and his crew are absolutely awesome!! Jeremy the electrician showed up first and got things started. Then Cope, Jeremy, K'aell and Rick came out and got right to work. These guys walked me through every step and answered every question! I can not say enough great things about them and will would highly recommend them!

We hired Fortress to remedy a seepage issue in our basement. The crew were fantastic! Finished in one day and left the worksite immaculate. Recommend 1000%!!

We had Fortress waterproof our basement and are more than over the top pleased with the service provided.We have a full basement and have had problems with water after any rain accumulation over 1inch for the last several years. We received a few estimates and decided on Fortress because of their quality reviews, workmanship, and customer service. They scheduled our work promptly, confirmed the arrival times/ dates and crew called to provide on arrival time on site. The crew arrived on time and the full job was completed in the 2 day scheduled timeframe. After the work was completed we were given a complete overview of all the working components of the new system, warranty ect. They run all the exterior drains, replaced the sod, mulch, and even reseeded around the trenches. Everything was cleaned up and work was done in a timely manner.We would highly recommend them for anything basemently. Thank you for our peace of mind with our basement.

Cope’s crew with Fortress Foundation in Lynchburg, Virginia were great. There are always surprises when opening parts of houses that haven’t been opening in decades, but Cope and the crew worked with us and helped get the job done well and promptly. They installed water guard around my basement, and I’m looking forward to a leak proof home now.

Great experience with Derrick Schmidt! We had several issues in and around our encapsulated crawlspace that needed a remedy (falling tape, cut lining, leaking pipe, bowing vent covers). He took time to listen to our concerns and fix them as well as make additional adjustments to the dehumidifier and pipes to help them function more efficiently.

This is our second time using Fortress Foundation for some pretty substantial leaks. Caleb Stone is great at assessing the issues accurately and coming up with the most cost effective solution. We have worked with Foreman Cope both times as well and he has walked us through the installation process and explained everything thoroughly, cleaned up well, and is very nice to work with. We love Fortress Foundations for all our needs and definitely recommend them

Out of three companies contacted, you were the only one to respond in a few short days. One company made contact the week prior to you starting the job. One has not called to date.
