The representative was Mr Paul Heckman. He listened and then he performed a detailed view of what the problem may be. After maybe 20 min he came back with the problem and the solution. Something to think about however Mr Heckman was hassle free and took the time to make sure what he was saying was understood. Detailed about every part of the job that needs to be done.
