We had Fortress Foundation Solutions install several components in our basement - power braces, gutters, and a sump pump. Danny, our sales rep, was excellent. He answered all of our questions during the initial appointment as well as a few afterward. We never felt pressured to sign or commit to the proposal which allowed us time to thoroughly review and explore our options. The team who did the install - Cope, Jeremy, and Ricky - were also excellent. They were not annoyed by us checking progress, asking questions, or taking pictures of the work throughout.
