I had a great experience working with the Fortress Foundation crew (Cope, Jeremy, K'Nell, and Ricky). They were on-time to my house on the first day and finished up in a very reasonable time on the second day to allow for adequate time for review of the work. Cope had excellent communication skills, consistently keeping us updated with pictures. I had several questions and Cope was patient in answering all my questions. He made sure I was comfortable with the work that was being performed. I appreciate the professionalism that was extended.
