I was able to get an appointment for an inspection relatively quick. Scott came out to the house and listened to my concerns and had me show him my concerns. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He gave us two books to read to get a better understanding of what is going on in our home and how to fix it, permanently. Scott completed a thorough inspection of our home inside and out. He gave a detailed run down of the problems and a presentation of the repairs needed. We found out the full cost immediately. We ended up qualifying for financing so we are set.
