I have been so impressed Fortress Foundations. Their customer service is excellent. Every person I have worked with has been knowledgeable, kind and very fair. Danny Camunas was my first contact with the company. He was excellent and stayed involved with us throughout the entire project. Tmerik and Holley were so helpful with scheduling and payment as we set up the project. Cope and his crew (Jeremy, K’nell and Ricky) did a great job: they were prompt, capable, friendly and they did a great job cleaning up their space. I met Derrik today for a follow up visit and he was just as outstanding as the other employees. I highly recommend Fortress Foundations!

The crew assigned to my project went above and beyond to ensure the waterproofing of my basement was done properly, even taking extra care to calm my dog during the process.A few weeks after the project’s completion, we encountered a minor issue. I was promptly connected with Linda, the Branch Manager, who returned my call on a Sunday morning. She assured me that this would be a priority and addressed first thing on Monday. True to her word, she followed up and had a Service Technician at my home by lunchtime to resolve the issue.Fortress Foundation Solutions is fortunate to have such dedicated professionals who honor their commitments and take customer satisfaction seriously.

The person I called to make to appointment was personable and Professional. He provided easy to understand details about how the assessment, diagnosis, and remedy recommendation process would work. He considered different installation options with pros and cons to enable me to make the best decision for locating the dehumidifier. Then he did exactly what he said he'd do. They left the place looking better than when they arrived.

The Fortress Foundations Crew was fantastic! Cope was our crew lead and he was an amazing communicator and was on top of every step of the process. The guys, Jeremy, K’Nell and Ricky were working super hard to get it all done and everything was taken care of perfectly and professionally.My father in law who is a veteran tradesman of 40 plus years was on site working on another project at the time and said they were one of the hardest working crews of guys he has ever witnessed and loved interacting with them throughout the process.Additionally, we had a plumber from another company come in one afternoon after the crew was finished and he asked who was doing our basement work. We told him it was FORTRESS and he said, “good choice. I see a lot of companies work in they are always by far the best.”Ahead of construction, Danny the sales rep was super clear with what would take place and what to expect and answered multiple questions that I had with patience and clarity.Would recommend to anyone.
