The  entire company was great, but the crew was amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful. Very attentive to everything and answered all my questions. My wife and 6 month old daughter were upstairs the entire time and we were impressed with how "quiet" the install went. The crew cleaned up so well, you wouldn't have known they were there... I contacted Fortress for assistance with my property taking on groundwater. Joe Mancini visited my home to conduct an assessment. Joe was very upfront with me in sharing that, due to the construction of my property (not having a basement or crawlspace), Fortress was not able to provide the waterproofing service I sought. Despite this, Joe took the time to educate me as to the type of service I needed for my property type (even pulling and showing me pictures of an example of the needed work) and gave some suggestions on how to find the service. Joe did offer an air purifier for my space to assist with mold contamination in the air (due to the water issue), to try to help my situation. Jordan delivered/installed the air purifier at a time that was convenient to me. He was professional and fully demonstrated the function and maintenance of the unit.

Josh Bogle and his colleague Larry were truly first class in their professionalism, kindness and excellence in service. Best electrician in Virginia, bar none.

Sumner from Fortress came out to our place to check on a foundation crack. First off, he was patient w/ me when he first arrived, as I had an unexpected work call that I had to handle. Then, instead of trying to sell me on something I didn't need, he eased my conscience by telling me that the crack almost definitely didn't need any repairing. Instead, he suggested I take some cheaper, easier water mitigation actions including extending downspouts and getting a new sump pump.I was very happy with the entire interaction with Sumner. I will be calling him back if/when the water mitigation actions don't completely solve the issue.

Fortress Foundation Solutions did a fantastic job waterproofing our basement! The foreman, Cope, communicated every step of the way, from what to expect on the day of installation, arrival time, and even sent me in progress photos during the process. His team, Ricky and Jeremy, were professional and got the job done right! It's obvious these gentlemen take pride in their work. Highly recommended.

Initial call was super easy and appointment simple/quick to schedule. Danny C was incredibly communicative, flexible in scheduling and notifying me when he was on the way.
