The person I called to make to appointment was personable and Professional. He provided easy to understand details about how the assessment, diagnosis, and remedy recommendation process would work. He considered different installation options with pros and cons to enable me to make the best decision for locating the dehumidifier. Then he did exactly what he said he'd do. They left the place looking better than when they arrived.
