Testimonials for Fortress Foundation Solutions

We recently hired Fortress Foundation Solutions to install a sump pump in our pool room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!Travis, Jack, and Josh were fantastic. They were courteous, professional, and extremely efficient throughout the entire installation. They took great care of our space by setting up containment tents to prevent dust from spreading around the pool room, and they completed both the indoor and outdoor work right on schedule. When the job was done, they performed a thorough cleanup and took the time to give us a detailed demonstration of how the new system works before leaving.Overall, it was a smooth, top-notch experience from start to finish. We highly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions for any sump pump needs!

These Fortress guys ... Great Job! Nathan,Dakota W, Jamal, Mikey and Anthony were super professional and friendly. Definitely recommend 👌

Heather and Adam were great - Adam spent an hour walking with us for the free estimate. We were impressed with his knowledge and work. Heather was very communicative the entire time, even reaching out due to rain delays. The work looks great and is working as intended! Would definitely recommend.

Very professional. Did a great job. Would highly recommend.

While I was moving out of my house I spotted some dampness in the corner of my basement. After opening up the wall and have many experts look at the problem we decided to go with the estimate Mike gave us because it fit our timeline the best. The fortress team sent out Gus, David, Luis and Jorge over to fix the leak in our foundation. Overall I am happy with the quick time line they were able to accommodate.

Adam really knows his stuff, highly recommend!

I contacted Fortress foundation Solutions because I needed a second opinion. Skylar, the system designer, came to the house. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He explained our options in detail. I would highly recommend Skylar and this company. I plan to use them in the future.

I had a great experience with my local rep Skylar. He gave me honest and informed information regarding what he saw that was concerning and what were not items not to lose sleep over. I found his honesty refreshing!

JES (who bought Company who installed equipment I have) wouldn't service it when I had a problem. I was happy to learn of your company and have someone to help rather than have to spend lots of $ to replace something that could be repaired.

This project was completed quickly and efficiently. Nate & his crew arrived at the location at or before the time they quoted. They were mannerly and took time to explain the process. I would also like to say that Danny got the process started by meeting with our Board members and giving us the information necessary to make an informed decision. He is the balanced blend of a professional and courteous helper. Overall, this was a great experience.

Dakota Anthony and Jamal did an awesome job putting a drain system and three sump pumps in 100 year-old house. Super respectful and easy work with would love to work with them again if the need arises

We loved working with Fortress Foundation Solutions! They were all professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up everything very well (inside and out). Danny was great to work with in the beginning to get everything set up. The crew (Cope, Jeremy, K'Nell, and Ricky) that came to do the job day of were great and we could tell they all knew what they were doing. We would highly recommend Fortress Foundation to anyone!

Very professional and they knew what they were doing. Great personality.

Every part of the project went great, the electrician and the foreman both were fantastic at communicating and very professional in all that they did and said! 10/10 would recommend and use us again. We did what we said we were going to do, how we said we ere going to, to the highest standard!
