Adam adjusted his schedule to squeeze me in a week early because of a time crunch I was in for a basement project I had going on. Adam was professional and a breath of fresh air to talk to after the previous companies I had dealt with that all sounded like used car salesmen and tried to sell me something before ever even looking at my problem. Adam was the complete opposite and actually took the time to listen to me and inspect my situation. Although I didn’t end up needing to use their services at this time, Adam has secured me as a customer when that time comes.

I first had a referral to Fortress from my friend. Then I scheduled with a representative who was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was convinced that their price and the experience offered was good and didn't need to shop the work to other firms. I had to reschedule several times due to problems of my own and Fortress was very friendly and cooperative. When we finally did the work it was done very well, very neatly and all my questions were answered. I highly recommend them based on my experience.

My husband and I would like to thank Fortress Foundation for their excellent work on fixing our basement walls. The crew they sent was Santiago , Rony and Rony Jr were excellent.  They came in and installed beams in my basement to support my basement walls. They did a great job and were very pleasant and professional .They also did a nice job of adding gutter extensions to my gutters to help and avoid getting in any more water in our basement. When they were done with the project they did a wonderful job of cleaning up and then showed us what they did . And answered any question we had. We would Definitely would highly recommend this company.
