Our patio needed some love. One of the concrete slabs had sunk causing rain water to run back towards the house. The patio was also installed using wood as control joints. Over the years the wood had rotted and looked terrible. Ethan and Sam from FFS did a great job leveling the patio slab to the correct pitch and replacing the control joint wood with a better material. To top it off they pressure washed the whole area. The finished product looks brand new and ready for many more years of outdoor fun. Ethan and Sam were professional, respectful, punctual and truly cared about giving us a quality repair.

Ethan and Sam did a great job stabilizing the cement around my garage apron. I found them to be professional, personable, efficient, and thorough. I would highly recommend them as they went above and beyond. They delivered on all aspects of what I was expecting and more. In essence, they exceeded my expectations.

Our home was built in the 70s and this fall, part of our front porch concrete slab collapsed. Fortress foundation solutions was able to come and give an estimate quickly. They were very comparable to other estimates we gathered and we're even willing to give a discount for scheduling the repair. Their workers were professional and knowledgeable. Gentleman arrived on time, were both very polite & friendly; professional, thorough in their explanation of the work to be done.  

I had concrete behind my pool that was starting to sink. The ground falls quick behind the concrete, so I was worried that it would get worse before it got better. I could also see openings between the concrete and my pool, so I knew I had a problem. Adam from Fortress foundations came out and showed me exactly what the problem was and the voids under the concrete. He gave me a quote quickly, which I felt was fair and to be honest, I was relieved that it wasn’t a lot more. Very soon after, Ethan and Sam came out to do the work. They took me through exactly what they were going to do and what I could expect. The work was done in a few hours and we did another walk-through then. It looked great, and I was surprised at how unobtrusive the fixes were for such a critical problem. Although Fortress Foundations is primarily known for basement work, they do awesome repairs on jobs like this. I would use them again anytime I needed foundation work done. Thanks so much!

We used Fortress Foundation Solutions for an urgently needed sidewalk lift on a new home we recently purchased, to help movers safely transport our contents.Riley responded quickly and Fortress worked with us to schedule the work two days before the movers arrived. The whole Fortress team was great at communicating, educating on the product and the process of lifting the sidewalk.The day the work was done, we were driving to our new home in West Virginia, but Ethan, the foam foreman, called and talked us through the work, then called again when the job was done to inform on how the job went, and sent a photo to show us the result and advised on follow-up care.Great people, communication, professionalism and results. Any future concrete or foundation needs, Riley and Fortress Foundation are on our “first to call” list.
