Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Ronald was dealing with moisture coming from his crawl space that was affecting conditions inside his Moneta home. Excess humidity beneath the house created concerns about air quality, comfort, and long-term moisture damage. We installed a complete CleanSpace® crawl space encapsulation system, including EZ Flow drainage, a SuperSump® sump pump, CleanSpace® vapor barrier, SilverGlo™ insulation, and a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier. As shown in the after photo, the crawl space is now dry, sealed, and protected from future moisture issues.

This homeowner in Natural Bridge, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about the crawl space underneath the home. Eddie found that the crawl space was suffering from high humidity, causing the beams to become saturated with moisture and begin to sag. We utilized our SmartJack system for this project & a supplemental steal beam to lift and prevent further sagging of the floors.
