Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Monterey, Virginia had heavy mold growth and standing water in their crawl space. They called us here at Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve their problem. We got rid of all the mold with Mold X, and then installed a Smart Sump pump to to rid the crawl space of any water that would come in. We also put in a Sani Dry Sedona to control the humidity levels. 

This home was experiencing main level sagging floors, cracks in the walls, and floors separating from walls. There was also issues with water in the crawlspace, humidity and mold in the home. Upon inspection, we found falling insulation, rotting and moldy joists, and a basic, ineffective plastic sheet on the ground.
