They then installed Smart Jacks to lift and stabilize her sagging floor joists and finished by encapsulating the entire crawl space with CleanSpace. To control the water coming into the crawlspace, our crew installed our Smart Sump. The sump pump allows the water to be pumped out the home through a discharge line. The crew also installed out SaniDry Dehumidifier to alleviate any moisture.  

The final result of this encapsulation was a clean and water free crawl space for years to come.
