The crawl space of this home in Mineral was damp and dirty, and really needed some help!

Our System Designer, Paul Heckman, went out to assess the crawl space and recommended a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. Together, the vapor barrier and SaniDry will ensure that this crawlspace will stay clean and dry.

This homeowner recently purchased this home and was looking to encapsulate the dirt crawlspace, run proper discharge line from her existing SumpPump and install a Sedona dehumidifier. 

This customer was tired of their home suffering from sagging floors & decided to reach out to Fortress Foundation Solutions for an estimate. We sent out a system designer who did an inspection of the home and gave a proposal and quote to the homeowner. We utilized our SmartJack® crawl space support system for this project. The SmartJacks provide a solid support for sagging and undersized beams, restoring stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space.

Our client in Bumpass, VA, was dealing with sagging floors as well as moisture in her crawlspace. She called Fortress to ensure her home was taken care of from start to finish. System Designer, Chris Wilmouth, diagnosed the issues she was experiencing and created the perfect solution for her home. Foreman Travis Farmer and his crew installed a SmartJack system to deal with her sagging floors and then followed it up with CleanSpace to encapsulate and a SaniDry unit to keep the crawlspace dry and clean.

A homeowner in Hamilton, VA had easy access to their crawl space for storage. However, musty smells and overwhelming moisture limited items they could store. The falling down, moisture-saturated insulation was a big negative. System Designer Todd SImmons met with them, inspected the crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon a Fortress crew was onsite installing drainage matting, SilverGlo insulation and CleanSpace vapor barrier. The CleanSpace keeps out moisture and the SilverGlo insulates to keep the home warm in winter and cool in the summer. Now this home is climate protected and has plenty of clean storage space!
