Fortress stood by their work, took ownership, and resolved everything without adding stress or friction.Donny came out first to review and inspect our concerns, and he could not have been kinder or more thoughtful. He took the time to truly listen and advocate for us. In contrast to many past experiences where I have had to push to be heard, this felt entirely different. The team was transparent, willing to acknowledge mistakes when appropriate, and took the time to explain things clearly when expectations needed to be adjusted. That level of honesty and communication is rare and deeply appreciated.For the more complex poly work, they sent Tim all the way from Lynchburg. The care he brought to the project was genuinely unmatched. He was patient and gentle with my mom, and consistently kept me informed with calls, photos, and videos so I could stay involved every step of the way.Tmerik, Demi, and Ben from the admin offices also have been wonderful to work with. Their responsiveness, compassion, and attention to detail made a stressful situation feel much more manageable.We are still in the midst of remediation work, but the quality and care so far have been impressive. Nick and his whole crew demonstrated a very high level of professionalism while conducting my crawlspace encapsulation project. Nick, being the crew foreman, was an excellent communicator keeping me updated and ensuring that I understood the processes. Big thanks to Dakota, Kevin, and Eddie for giving my crawlspace a second life. They were able to replace my floor liner and door, add a dehumidifier, and preserve the existing wall insulation. This saved me about $8k when compared to redoing all the encapsulation. Their work was clean, efficient, and had a solid attention to detail.

My first contact was Caleb Stone. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and explained very good his recommendations. Fortress did a wonderful job encapsulating our crawlspace! Caleb, Warren and the team were all very pleasant to deal with and professional. They completed our project in one day. Warren even took the time to speak to us over the phone to go over the equipment when we got home from work so we didn’t have to miss anytime away from work. They did a wonderful job with our unique crawlspace that has a lot of rock under it and still made it look great! We highly recommend them if you need a basement encapsulation.
