Testimonials for Fortress Foundation Solutions

My first contact was Caleb Stone. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and explained very good his recommendations. Answered all my questions explained what the crew would doThe crew was Dakota, Anthony, Janel. All 3 very courtesy and extremely good work ethic. That trait is hard to find in today’s society. When finished they showed me everything they did. Would highly recommend to anyone needing foundation solution

Fortress did a wonderful job encapsulating our crawlspace! Caleb, Warren and the team were all very pleasant to deal with and professional. They completed our project in one day. Warren even took the time to speak to us over the phone to go over the equipment when we got home from work so we didn’t have to miss anytime away from work. They did a wonderful job with our unique crawlspace that has a lot of rock under it and still made it look great! We highly recommend them if you need a basement encapsulation.

Thank you, Madison silver for being so patient and understanding with our questions. We hope we will never need their services again in the future.. but if so, Fortress foundations is the only company we would use.

Travis and Jack did an amazing job insulating our crawlspace. They were friendly, professional, and did a beautiful job in a short amount of time. Our addition rooms over the crawlspace that used to feel ice cold are comfortable now, and I’m excited to enjoy the warmth and see lower power bills. Thanks so much!!

Mauricio and his crew came and just finished my crawl space encapsulation. I wish I had taken before pictures so you can see the difference. Mauricio and his team went above and beyond to finish this job. I had freezing pipes due to the harsh winter in Virginia and this should now take care of it for the next winter. A+ on this project completion. Thank you!!

Cara from Fortress Foundation provided excellent service. We hired a competing foundation company to look at our sub pump. They had done work for us at the beginning of the year, which cost us thousands. The contractor came out and noticed that the first team didn’t see the collapsing foundation wall under our deck, only held up by metal shims. He made it sound like it was an urgent matter and gave us a quote.Needless to say, we were upset that we were looking at thousands more to be spent. So we called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a second opinion. Cara did her measurements and checked the wall with the shims and told us everything was level and not to worry. She suggested we keep an eye out for any further damage. If anything changes, we’ll be sure to call Fortress Foundation Solutions.

.....The crew overcame several obstacles to complete this project! They were sweet and worked hard to keep me informed. I would refer Fortress to anyone!

We thank Logan, Garrett and Jamal for a job well done! The encapsulation that was done on our crawlspace was completed in a timely manner and the whole process was a very good experience. This crew did very good work and carried themselves in a professional manor during the whole process. We were shown the whole scope of the project and any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction. Thank You Fortress Foundations.

We recently had our floor jacks adjusted to remove the squeaks. Kevin did great. Thanks again

I cannot express in a full review how grateful I am for Fortress foundations. I had a terrible humidity and mold problem in my crawlspace after just one visit Brandon the coordinator that came out to give me the estimate was friendly attentive and answered all my questions whenever I have them, they not only exceeded my expectations, but they have gained a long life customer because I cannot see myself working with anyone else other than fortress foundation, the workers and installers that did the work for me. Did it in two days and did it very efficiently their names were Santiago, Ronny Senior, and Ronny jr. they were professional on time and did everything within the schedule. they communicated the whole time with me and they had no problems answering any of my questions I would 100% ask for those specific installers since they made the whole process and installation very seamless as someone that works in trades. I’m glad to see that they’re still a company out there that not only trains but hires technicians that are properly trained for their specific job and knowledgeable on what they do. I highly recommend this company for any of your basement crawlspace or foundation problems.
